Unlike estates and wineries, Maple & Pine gives you complete freedom. No set costs per head, no rigid rules, just the space, the forest, and the freedom to make it yours.

Bring your favourite drinks, caterer, styling and music or tap into our amazing local suppliers to bring your special day to life.

Reception Spaces

Gather family and friends for a wedding celebration that flows seamlessly from the forest to the function room.

Hold your ceremony under the trees, against the backdrop of charming heritage stone buildings, or on the lawns of Maple & Pine. 

Then take a short stroll to Maple & Pine for a celebration like no other.

You have exclusive access to the function room, deck and lawns for three days, enabling relaxed and fun set up and wind down time.

All hire includes three full days of access, giving you time to set up, celebrate, and pack down without rush. A confirmation payment of $550 secures your date.

Booking Process

  1. Enquire about availability and book a venue tour.

  2. Place a 7-day hold on up to three dates while you confirm suppliers.

  3. Secure your date with a signed contract and confirmation payment.

  4. Walk through with us to plan your layout.

  5. Make final payment 60 days prior.

  6. Final walk-through 14–30 days before your wedding.

  7. Celebrate your day, your way.
