What is the capacity of your venue?
Function room – 110 guests seated, 160 standing
Deck – 70 seated, 120 standing
Lawns – 220 seated, 360 standing
What is included in the rental package?
Our rental package includes exclusive use of our entire venue for three days, including fully commercial kitchen, bar and bathroom amenities, plus our in-house sound system, lighting, and bridal green room.
Our package also includes an extensive selection of chairs, tables, wine barrels, and bar stools.
Additional items are available to hire on site and from other local suppliers – just speak to our venue team.
Can I bring my own vendors?
You sure can bring your preferred vendors for catering, photography, and other services. If you are looking for local businesses to bring your event to life, we have an amazing range of Southern Flinders Ranges wedding supply businesses (check our directory).
What is the deposit amount, and is it refundable?
A Confirmation Payment of $550 is required to secure the booking and is transferable but not refundable. We understand plans change and will work with you regarding a change of dates if required.
Can I tour the venue before making a decision?
Absolutely! We encourage all clients to schedule a tour with our team to see the venue in person and discuss your event needs.
Can I decorate the venue to fit my event theme?
Yes, you can decorate the venue to match your event theme. However, please consult with us regarding any major decorations or alterations to ensure they comply with safety and venue guidelines.
